As companies grow their needs change. As a start-up there is a close-knit team and not much need for formal structures.
The mission is clear and everyone is on board usually driven by strong leadership by the Founder(s) or Director(s). As the company moves into the next stage of development usually when there are around 10 people working together it is important that the right structures are in place.
There is a need for some specialised HR support but you don’t need an internal HR manager/director. You need a partner with a flexible approach who understands you and your company and can support you and your team in order to achieve your goals.
